Disclaimer
- All application, travel, lodging
and accompanist's expenses are the responsibility of the
artists/performers and their management/production team.
The Maja Awards Organization will not be responsible for
any expenses incurred by artists/performer nominees. The
Maja Awards Organization will not be paying any artist or
performers to participate in the pre-awards, the song competition
or the final Maja presentation.
- All submissions will be reviewed
(see Evaluation section for Judging Criteria)
and screened by a specially selected committee which will
be under the auspices of the Maja Awards Organization.
- Every effort will be taken by
the Maja Awards Organization to insure the privacy and protection
of every individual (artists/performers/composers) who will
be participating in the Maja Awards. The Maja Awards Organization
will not reveal any personal details/information of Artists/Performers/Composers
to any other organization without their permission, except
for the purposes of running the Awards competition (For
example: Interviews with the media, television, radio broadcast,
internet promotions and press releases).
- The Maja Awards Organization reserves
the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if in
their opinion deemed necessary. The Maja Awards Organization
will not be responsible for any cost incurred by and artist/performer
up to the point and after the cancellation of the Maja Awards.
